H/T Girls Just Wanna Have Guns
Ah Haa! I new it all along. The Saracuda is more admired than the ogre that refused to interview her.
By The Way. Congratulations Grandma Sarah. Tripp Easton Mitchell Johnston, 7lbs-7ozs, was born to Sarah and Todd’s oldest daughter, Bristol, and her longtime boyfriend Levi Johnston. The couple will marry this year.
Word came this weekend that a new USA Today – Gallup Poll found the 44-year-old Palin, a mother of five, is the nation’s second most-admired woman, behind only Hillary Clinton and ahead of someone named Oprah Winfrey.
She’s going to surprise quite a few people when the Lame Stream Media get their asses handed to them and someone finally starts telling the truth. The “I can see Russia” line is attributed to Sarah on such a regular basis that most actually think she said it. (Tina Fey said it)
But you must look at this statement from the same article.
President-elect Barack Obama dethroned President George W. Bush as the nation’s most-admired man this year in spectacular fashion. Bush topped the most admired man list in 2007 with a 10 percent showing, his seventh straight year on top. He reached as high as 39 percent shortly after the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks. This month, however, he sank to 5 percent to finish a distant second to his successor.
For SEVEN YEARS while the world was tearing him down, George Walker Bush was still the most admired man in the nation. Only when “The One” was crowned PEBO was GWB dethroned. And he still finished second! Why haven’t we heard about this? That, of course, is a rhetorical question.
Yeah, that’s photoshopped. But I’ll bet he’d like to.

CHICAGO (Reuters) – Sen. Hillary Clinton emerged on Thursday as a candidate to be U.S. secretary of state for Barack Obama, months after he defeated her in an intense contest for the Democratic presidential nomination.
Putting Clinton, wife of former President Bill Clinton, in the position could help heal whatever lingering divisions remain in the Democratic Party after her bitter battle with Obama.
Obama passed over Clinton as his vice presidential running mate in favor of Sen. Joe Biden, a decision that angered her ardent supporters and widened a rift in the party that Obama and Clinton later worked hard to heal.
I doubt she’s that hungry though. There may be some lingering resentment.
“I am happy being a senator from New York, I love this state and this city. I am looking at the long list of things I have to catch up on and do”.
The former first lady had argued during the Democratic primary campaign that Obama was too inexperienced to be president.
Analyst Paul Light of New York University’s John Brademas Center for the Study of Congress said picking Clinton would mean Obama was serious about reaching across the party divide.
On the other hand, he said: “To put her in the competition with several others and pick somebody other than Hillary Clinton after you’ve floated her name is to have a repeat of the spring and summer division and raise questions about Obama’s seriousness about healing the division within the party.”
Raise serious questions? Yeah, about his sanity. Don’t scorn the woman twice, or thrice as I see it. People have died for less.
!!UPDATE!! Must have been a lot of meat left on that bone! 😆 She Took It
The apple really doesn’t fall far from the tree. Chelsea has the lying gene too. How could she avoid it?
Clinton told about 250 people at N.C. State that her mother, New York Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, would work to repair the nation’s reputation abroad.
“I think the world will breathe a sigh of relief when this president is gone,” Clinton said, criticizing Bush for pulling out of various accordings, including the Kyoto Protocol on global warming.
The Senate voted Kyoto down 95-0 in 1997 under Bill Clinton’s presidency.
Here’s another lie
“Is a vote for Hillary a vote for Bill? No. A vote for Hillary is a vote for Hillary,” she said. “I’m really proud of what my father did in the ’90s, but I don’t think you should vote for or against my mother based on my father.”
Everybody on the planet knows that’s about as big as a lie gets. It’s always been a two for one deal and they don’t hide the fact.
Yep, the littlest Clinton is a mirror image of her parents, right down to the sense of entitlement.
She also couldn’t avoid questions about her father, good or bad.
An audience member at N.C. State also pressed Clinton to discuss the Monica Lewinsky scandal. Clinton declined to discuss her father’s relationship with the White House intern, drawing applause when she told the young man that it was none of his business.
Just one last tidbit here.
In response to a question about NASA funding, Clinton said the budgets of many scientific programs have either stayed flat or been cut. She pointed to Bush’s veto of stem cell research bills.
“We don’t know what we have lost under this administration,” she said.
Well, I for one, know what we lost under her father’s administration. We lost our military, our pride, and our dignity. Maybe if her dad wasn’t so busy having sex in the oval office, he might have noticed the warnings of things to come.
She can sure sling the bull, but can’t tell the truth or answer a real question. Maybe we can’t blame her for it, after all, just look at those two fine examples she had growing up.
